While Assembly™ itself is a relatively new organization, we are building off of four decades of excellence established by the great people at Preferred Podiatry Group.

Today, our broader team is led by an assembly of proven operators, technologists, entrepreneurs, financial experts, and myriad other professionals across a diverse range of functions. Uniting the Assembly™ team across different areas of expertise is the shared belief that senior years—and all years— should be the best years.

Executive Team

Jack Fitzgibbons

Jack brings 10+ years of experience in the healthcare and tech-enabled service sectors to Assembly. Prior to his role as CEO, Jack served as Assembly’s President and COO where he focused on delivering world-class customer service to our clients. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and four young daughters and cheering on the Duke Blue Devils basketball team.

Michael Oswalt
Chief Technology Officer

Michael Oswalt has 20+ years of experience in technology in the healthcare space. Prior to joining the Assembly team in Jan 2019, Michael was the CIO for Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, one of the largest dermatology groups in the US and was part of tremendous practice growth. Michael has a background in software and database engineering and provides a keen focus on data visibility and integrations. Outside of the office, Michael is an avid Tennis fan, enjoys traveling, is a bit of a foodie, and has made drinkable beer at least once.

Anthony Wai
Chief Financial Officer

Anthony oversees the accounting and finance functions at Assembly. He brings 20 years of experience in the field, most recently being the CFO at two other healthcare organizations. Anthony is a CPA and a CFA Charterholder. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cheering on the Michigan Wolverines, and discovering new Netflix series to binge-watch.

Erica Mazman
Chief of Staff

Erica is an accomplished operations executive who leads a variety of strategic initiatives across Assembly. Prior to joining the team, Erica led analytics at a high-growth Chicago technology company, as well as consulted for several healthcare and consumer businesses. Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Chris Kestner
Executive Medical Director

Dr. Kestner has practiced for over 20 years with a primary focus on the geriatric patient. One major interest is working with an integrated care team on minimizing the frequency of falls in this population. Dr. Kestner now splits his time between clinical activities and overseeing a provider team performing hundreds of thousands of patient encounters annually. When time allows, Dr. Kestner can often be found perusing antique stores in southwestern Michigan.

Tim Warner

Tim Warner
Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Tim leads the Sales and Marketing teams at Assembly. He brings 25+ years of Healthcare IT experience across the continuum of ambulatory, radiology, acute, and long-term healthcare. Tim is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and attending Wolfpack sporting events.

Chuck Cave
President, Polaris Group

Chuck has 32 years of progressive health care & consulting experience. In his twenty-five years with Polaris Group, Chuck has consulted to both independent and large chain providers. He has expertise in financial, compliance, and operational areas for SNFs including billing, ancillary management, rehabilitation services, and financial improvement initiatives. Chuck is certified in Health Care Compliance by HCCA.

Mike Jones
President, ClinicAnywhere

Mike is a 35 year veteran of building successful, technology-enabled businesses. Mike is the Founder of ClinicAnywhere, a provider of RCM services to medical practices throughout the US. When off the job, Mike enjoys time with his family as well as golfing and fishing.

Casey Cottam
COO, ClinicAnywhere

With over 20 years of clinical and technical experience in the healthcare industry, Casey serves as ClinicAnywhere’s COO and is responsible for all operations of Clinic Anywhere. Casey calls Dallas, TX home and he and his wife Kim have a son, Ethan. Casey enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Krug
Talent Acquisition Manager

Sarah brings over three years of recruiting experience to the team. In her role as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Sarah develops sourcing strategies for both clinical and non-clinical positions across Assembly Health. Sarah also handles all onboarding and offboarding of candidates on the Human Resources side. Prior to joining the team, Sarah worked for a technical staffing organization. Sarah earned her B.S. in Health Sciences from the University of Missouri Columbia.

Tom Cooper

Tom Cooper MD

Dr. Tom Cooper has founded and grown several successful healthcare businesses that predominantly serve the aging population. These companies include: Spectrum Emergency Care, a national emergency physician company; Correctional Medical Services, the largest company serving correctional facilities; MobileX USA, the largest provider of X-Ray/EKG to nursing homes; and Vericare, one of the largest providers of mental health services to patients in LTC facilities. Previously, Tom has served as Chairman of the Hangar Company, as well as on the Board of Kindred Healthcare.

Brad Morehead

Brad Morehead is a Partner and the Head of the Business Services Fund at Shore Capital Partners, a Board Member at Assembly Health, and the former CEO of Assembly Health. Prior to Assembly, Brad held various executive positions including CEO of LiveWatch and CFO of Feldco, and has spent his career building entrepreneurial businesses into high-growth organizations. Along with serving on Assembly’s board, Brad is currently a board member of MHW, Ltd., NextGen Growth Partners, Tandem HR, and Point C. Brad has also been an adjunct professor and faculty member at the Kellogg School of Management since 2011. Outside of work, Brad enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and spending time with his family.

Todd Lillibridge

Todd Lillibridge

Todd Lillibridge founded Lillibridge Healthcare Services, a REIT focused on investing in medical offices, in 1982. Todd led the business for over 35 years and continued to lead the company following an acquisition in July 2010 by Ventas. In mid-2017, Todd stepped down from leading the division to serve as an advisor to the CEO of Ventas, a role from which he recently transitioned.

Pat Mulloy

Pat Mulloy

Pat Mulloy has founded and led several healthcare businesses focused on senior housing. Pat served as the President and CEO of Atria Senior Living, and subsequently was recruited by Morgan Stanley Venture Partners to lead their venture-backed senior housing company LifeTrust America. In 2005, Pat founded Elmcroft Senior Living, where he served as the President and CEO. Today, Pat serves as the Chair of Argentum, the nation’s largest senior housing trade association, as well as the Vice Chair of the University of Louisville Health, Inc.

Michael Munter

Michael Munter

Michael Munter is the current Chief Operating Officer at Symphony Post Acute Network, one of the largest integrated transitional care, post-acute, and senior housing networks in the Midwestern United States. Before joining Symphony, he served as the COO at CRL Senior Living Communities, a leading owner/operator of private pay assisted living and memory care centers.

Paul Shaw

Paul Shaw

Paul Shaw is the current President of HealthPro Heritage, a provider of therapy, compliance, regulatory, and reimbursement services. Prior to joining HealthPro, Paul had extensive experiences across a variety of healthcare settings, ranging from physician practice management to Chief Operating Officer of a large privately held contract therapy management company.
