Become an Assembler! We are looking for a Sales Strategy Specialist to join our growing analytics team at Assembly Health. Our Sales Strategy Specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple sales channel partnerships by analyzing data to provide clear strategic insights into potential sales deals.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Analytics.

What you'll do

  • Analyze sales data specific to healthcare revenue cycle management to identify trends, opportunities, potential risks, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Create and manage detailed excel templates for sales reporting utilizing excel.
  • Optimize and manage current automation tools utilized for sales analysis.
  • Provide analytical support for sales deals across the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff on new tools, processes, and metrics to foster a data-driven culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of previous sales initiatives to measure performance of company performance post-sale.
  • Ensure data quality of reports used within sales analyses to grow confidence in metrics provided, collaborating with external teams to confirm correct data is used within analysis.
  • Ownership of other tasks and projects.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or analytics, preferably within the healthcare revenue cycle management industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages, particularly Python, is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage critical deadlines with a self-motivated attitude and ability to multi-task.
  • Must be resourceful, persistent, and an excellent problem solver.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.
