This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Director of Nextech Operations.

• Manage Nextech AR clean-up projects and oversee all daily work for a multi-disciplinary team of people (onshore and offshore) AR team supporting AR Clean-ups (A/R follow-up, denials management, appeals, etc.).
• Collaborate with Nextech account managers on AR activities for their assigned customers and teams, including but not limited to, staff auditing, escalation support, AR workflow management, and KPI tracking/sharing.
• Lead onshore and offshore staff onboarding, providing ongoing training on the Nextech P+ and NexCloud Practice Management and EMR software systems to support strong performance.
• Develop Nextech Software training guides, SOPs, and workflows that can be shared broadly with onshore and offshore team members; develop AR management training guides, SOPs, and workflows for team members.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Nextech managers to identify areas of improvement to documentation, workflow, and Revenue Cycle Management process as it relates to Nextech and provide recommendations on improvements.
• Take the initiative and utilize effective problem-solving skills and strong knowledge of Nextech P+ and NexCloud to deliver improved training.
• Analyzing trends through software reporting and expert usage of Excel to isolate problematic billing issues requiring improvement.
• Maintain internal end user credentials, logins, etc.
• Other tasks and projects as required and assigned.

• Qualified candidates will have achieved at least an associate degree in the field of medical billing or related field and/or have 2-3 years of related medical billing/AR management experience.
• Multi-specialty, Professional Billing experience required. Ophthalmology billing experience is a plus. Knowledge and familiarity with Nextech required.
• Candidates must have experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
• Some limited travel may be required.
• Qualified candidates must have a professional working environment in their home including phone and internet access.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.

The salary range for this position is: $60,000 - $80,000. Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
