Kevin Offel

Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Offel is the Chief Executive Officer of Assembly Health. Kevin is a career operator and has served on numerous private equity portfolio company executive teams, including CEO of Great Lakes Dental Partners, President & CEO of Centennial Hospice, President & COO of Heart to Heart Hospice, President & CEO of My Dentist, and others. Previously, he started his civilian career at GE Power Systems with the Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP), where he completed Leadership Training at Crotonville and obtained Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Kevin currently serves as Lead Independent Director for PhaseWell Research and Strongpoint Partners, and has also served as Lead Independent Director for EyeSouth Partners and on the Board of Directors for Specialdocs while Partnered with Shore.

Outside the office, Kevin serves as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (Oklahoma), is a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO), and is on the Board of Advisors for the Emory University MBV program (Masters in Business for Veterans). He is also a Commissioner for the Oklahoma Department of Veteran Affairs. Kevin is a 4th generation Veteran and served as an Army Blackhawk helicopter pilot.

Kevin holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy (West Point) and an M.B.A. from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.

Michael Oswalt

Chief Technology Officer

Michael Oswalt is the Chief Technology Officer of Assembly Health and brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare technology to the role. Prior to joining Assembly, Michael was CIO for Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, one of the largest dermatology groups in the U.S. He has a background in software and database engineering and provides a keen focus on data visibility and integrations. Outside of the office, Michael is an avid tennis fan, enjoys traveling, and has made drinkable beer at least once.

Michael Murphy

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Murphy is the Chief Financial Officer at Assembly Health, where he provides strategic financial oversight and partners with the executive team to drive growth and expand margins. A collaborative leader, Michael is passionate about working with operational teams to accelerate business performance. He has a proven ability to enhance processes, execute strategic initiatives, and lead M&A activity in dynamic, fast-paced environments. With extensive experience optimizing financial operations and developing scalable financial models, his leadership has been instrumental in driving efficiencies and building high-performing teams. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three daughters, hitting the golf course, and passionately supporting the Michigan State Spartans.e Leadership

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Brown is the Chief Operating Officer for Assembly Health. He leads all physician and long-term care revenue cycle management operations strategy. Jeff has 20+ years of leadership experience and has a track record of delivering business results in high-growth companies. He enjoys building and growing teams, and implementing the operating infrastructure required to scale.

Greg Shorten

Chief Commercial Officer

Greg Shorten is the Chief Commercial Officer for Assembly Health. He is responsible for our go-to-market strategy and execution, including all sales and marketing efforts. Greg has 25+ years of experience in leading go-to-market teams in healthcare technology and services organizations. With experience in companies ranging from Fortune 500 to startups, Greg’s focus has been on building highly capable teams that understand the challenges healthcare organizations face and the solutions that will help overcome them. Elisabeth Daniel

Vice President of People & Culture

Elisabeth Daniel is the Vice President of People & Culture at Assembly Health leading all aspects of talent and culture for the company. An HR Business partner at heart, Elisabeth has over 15+ years’ experience overseeing all aspects of Human Resources: Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and Compensation, and Employee Experience. Her passion is around developing and retaining top talent through programs that will advance personal careers while helping organizations grow!

In her free time Elisabeth loves to travel and play games of all kinds (card games, board games, tabletop RPG).
