Become an Assembler! We are looking for a Vice President of People and Talent to join our Assembly Health corporate team. The VP, People and Talent will work closely with the entire executive leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of the HR function across North America, and offshore providers, including recruiting, on-boarding, talent management, benefits, compensation management, performance management, HR policy administration, HR regulatory compliance, and people relations.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Strategic partner supporting corporate and business unit leadership teams.
• Supports leadership in developing and retaining employees and succession planning of key leaders.
• Culture leader, supporting and driving employee communications, engagement and establishes and maintains Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs.
• Work with leadership in merger and acquisition efforts including due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Works with top management in developing and implementing compensation strategy.
• Maintains and upgrades the performance management program, ensuring reviews are completed on time while offering ongoing training, coaching and assistance to management.
• Works with top management to develop the HR elements of the company’s strategy and business plans including development of the necessary programs, policies, and practices.
• Provides strong leadership in the recruitment, training, and development of top-quality HR talent to ensure the HR organization has a high level of performance and productivity.
• Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure relevant HR goals and performance.
• Leads Talent Acquisition to ensure the recruiting of high-performing employees and leaders.
• Directs the administration of all benefit programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans.
• Domestic travel; estimated 10%.
• Other tasks and projects as needed.

• Bachelor of Science in HR Management or related field, MBA preferred, SHRM/SPHR certification.
• 10+ years of progressive HR management experience
• Target company or division size: 200-1000+ employees and $50 million to $500 million revenues preferred.
• Proven HR leadership in a senior management role at the corporate level or in a business unit
• Prior experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, HRIS and other critical HR initiatives
• Metrics-driven, proficient with the use of KPIs, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and project management skills
• Prior experience integrating acquired businesses is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in entrepreneurial, growth company is strongly preferred.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.
